What can I return?

  • Cancellation of any confirmed order will be accepted only within 24 hours of order
  • You may return/exchange any unused, brand-new items purchased from Shahi Libas, as well as any item that was damaged upon arrival.
  • Returns are not accepted on customized styles, customized stitching (plus size products) and sale category products
  • For COD (applicable only in India), there is no option of open delivery – Checking product before payment.
  • There is no COD for outside India.
  • For customised products and plus size only partial COD available taking (20% in prepaid).

What is the Return & exchange Process?

    – Received product images/videos highlighting the issues
    – Reason for returning the product.
    – Return cannot be initiated for sale category product/customised styles and plus size.

What is the cost of shipping and what are the return fees?

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping in India for orders above minimum cart value
  • Outside India Shipping borne by customer, estimated shipping shown at checkout page which is subject to slightly increase based on the final cart value and products selected.

Return Fees

  • Return charges to be borne by Customers irrespective of the location.
  • Customers may ship the product back to us with tracking information at our customer support (Whatsapp: +919660843382) or can email us at support@shahilibasethnic.com for orders shipped. The customer is responsible for paying the non-refundable return shipping and customs fees.

Vat and Custom Duties

  • All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST for clients in India.
  • Duties are not included in the price for customers outside of India. Import duties,
    customs fees, and local/VAT taxes and any-other taxable amount are the responsibility
    of the customer. These costs will not be reimbursed by Shahi Libas. These must be paid
    in order for your order to be released from customs.

Will I get a refund?

  • Refund will be executed once the product has been returned to our store and a quality
    check has been completed.
  • Refunds generally take 5-7 working days in India to process and 10-15 days outside India
  • Prepaid orders will be refunded back to the original source of payment.
  • For post-paid or COD orders only in India, refund will be in form of account transfer, where necessary details would be required to submitted to Shahi Libas support.
  • On-Demand refunds can also be given in the form of store credit.

Can I return the product at store for a refund or exchange?

  • Yes, you can return the product to the store in Jaipur for a refund or exchange. You must
    submit a return/exchange request through the website with your order number.

What if the customization goes wrong?

Disclaimer for Color and Description

  • Quality is of upmost importance at Shahi Libas and we put special efforts to publish the
    best quality pictures with true to life colors for our customers. But digital photography
    has its limitations. Though we strive to achieve accuracy, a lot of factors affect the way
    colors look different from real life compared to its digital version. Things like weather and lighting conditions and even the monitor settings of the viewer can cause a color variation.
  • The colors of the garment with shades of blue and green looks differently than the actual tone. The same can be said about many iridescent colors like Orange, Bright Pink and Purple.
  • Deep colors like Black, Dark Navy Blue and Dark Brown may look similar.
  • Also, Pale colors like off white, white, grey & cream look different in pictures depending on the lighting conditions in the studio at the time of shoot.

Fulfilment Scenario

We strive to provide the best experience to all our customers and are always dedicated to
achieving the same. In any unfortunate case, wherein we are unable to fulfill the complete order
the amount towards pending articles will be refunded. Refunds will be initiated as mentioned in
Refund Process above. Available articles will be fulfilled and shipped.
