Can an item be exchanged or returned?
Yes, Shahi Libas offers free of charge exchange or return to its customers under 48 hours window from date of delivery only if the unboxing video is provided by the customer for damage/broken products. Also it must follow the below listed criteria:
Return or Exchange both applicable
- Return or Exchange applicable for Damaged Item received.
- Return or Exchange applicable for Wrong Item received (Different from Website)
- Return or Exchange applicable for Wrong Colour Received (Slight colour variation is not consider under wrong colour)
- Return or Exchange applicable for Wrong Size sent to you.
Note: Refund, if applicable will be provided once the returned product is received and the product passed the quality check
Only Exchange No Return
- Only Exchange no return applicable if customer order wrong size for themselves.
- Only Exchange no return applicable if customer order wrong colour and product not matching to their outfit.
- Only Exchange no return applicable for all the Sale items.
- Only exchange no return if customer do not like the product and wish to return.
Note: For any items where customer do not want to exchange and only return the item the refund will be provided only in the form of credit note with a validity of 1 year
No Return or Exchange
- Plus size items are not applicable for return or exchange
How can I cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled before it is dispatched. Orders cannot be changed. If you want to change your order, you must cancel it and place the order again. An order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.
Cancellation Terms :
- Cancellation fees :- A cancellation fee of 20% of the product amount will be charged in the following scenarios :–
- Regular Shipping (7-10 days): If the customer cancels the order after 24 hours of the order date, they will have to bear the cancellation charges, which amount to 20% of the product price.
- Express Shipping (3-4 days): If the customer cancels the order after 4 hours of the order date, they will also have to bear the cancellation charges, which are 20% of the product price.
When will I get my refund?
A refund, if applicable, will be initiated once the returned product has reached our warehouse and the product has passed the quality check.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded back to the original source of payment.
- For post-paid or COD orders, refund will be in form of account transfer, where necessary details would be required to submitted to Shahi Libas support.
- Refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account after refund initiated.

Who will pay for the return logistic shipping charges?
Shahi Libas pay Return Shipping Charges for below listed situations only:
- For Wrong Item Received
- For Damaged Item received
- For Wrong Size received (If Shahi Libas send the wrong size different from the order size)
- For wrong colour received (Slight colour variation will not be considered)
- Apart from the above instances shipping will be beared by customer if wish to return or exchange.

In any unfortunate case, wherein we are unable to fulfill the complete order the amount towards pending articles will be refunded. Refunds will be initiated as mentioned in Refund Process above.
