We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within a minimum of days after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will receive an intimation of the expected time of delivery when you place your order online.
DELIVERY CHARGES
India
All prepaid domestic orders are delivered free of charge if above minimum transaction value :
International
- Estimated shipping charge is added which is subject to slightly change as per the order values and product selected.
- Duties are not included in the price for customers outside of India. Import duties, customs fees, and local/VAT taxes and any-other taxable amount are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will not be reimbursed by Shahi Libas. These must be paid in order for your order to be released from customs.
- The shipping charges can be modified by SHAHILIBAS at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
There are no additional charges, except as provided under the terms and conditions and the product description.
DELIVERY TIME
This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we endeavour to deliver orders within estimated delivery time as below :

- Standard Shipping: 7-10 Days from the order date
- Express Shipping: 4-5 days from the order date
International
- Shipping: 15-20 Days from the order date

Tracking Packages:
We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24 hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
